Had a guest smoke heavily in one of our units for 3 nights. Rohan's team came out the next morning with ozone generators and HEPA scrubbers. They did a full thermal fog, deep cleaned every surface, replaced HVAC filters, and had the unit smelling brand new in 48 hours. The documentation they provided — timestamped photos, itemized invoice, treatment log — made our Airbnb claim approval seamless. We've used them 6 times now and every claim has been approved.
